Moving along to the next recipients, Schuchart said, “Brothers Aaron and Garret Neumann, engineers and graduates of Medina Valley ISD and Texas A&M University School of Engineering, have come home to Castroville and created their own civil engineering business. They believe in Castroville and its potential to allow them to grow a successful business and at the same time be back ‘home’ with all that Castroville and the area have to offer. The brothers are great promoters of their company and their skills.”
The emcee remarked that he has known the Neumanns all their lives, even babysitting Aaron when Garret was born. He added that they are famil-iar faces at Medina County Commissioners Court meet-ings and do a great job of representing their clients and helping the county grow in a positive manner.
“It is my honor to present the 2017 New Business of the Year Award to Red Oak Engineering,” he said, inviting the pair to accept their plaque, presented by Haby.
